The Cheeky Pipi Antipasto Platter

A selection of Breads, Home-made Dips, Vegetable crudites, Bruschetta, hot Calamari, and smoked Salmon mousse.

Main Course

Pan-seared white Fish Fillet on a Citrus summer salad topped with a creamy Hollandaise sauce and drizzled with Balsamic crème.

Cranberry and Sage-stuffed Turkey served with steamed seasonal Vegetables, lush Hollandaise sauce and Cranberry Jelly.

Champagne-glazed Ham on the Bone served with roasted Vegetables, steamed Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce with a Cranberry jelly.

Seared Pork Fillet served on roasted Vegetables with a Bitter-sweet Apple sauce, topped with a Sage pudding and finished with a Port Wine Jus .

Vegetarian Fettucine with Oven-Roasted Red Peppers, Wilted Spinach, Flatfield Mushrooms in Virgin Light Olive Oil topped with Shredded Parmesan Cheese.
